Entry is done in 5 simple steps:

1. Make you soup and once cooled transfer to a suitable container

2. Mark the container or sticker it with your full name, address, category and class of entry.

3. Fill in the entry form below and pay the entry fee of £29.99 which covers some administration and will then be distributed between our chosen charities representing the mind, body and soul.  Perfect supporters of the benefits that Chicken Soup brings.

4. Drop your soup entry between Jan x & Feb x at the following address
